First Meeting!
Bill Rice from Devon Energy and Robert Watkins of Advanced Financial Solutions have set up the beginnings of a QA professional's organization and we would like to invite you and your staff the first meeting of the Red Earth QA SIG (Special Interest Group) of central Oklahoma. We will be meeting on Thursday, February 23nd from 12noon to 1pm at Devon Energy room 3.001 on the 3rd floor of 100 N Broadway.
The Red Earth QA SIG is an Information Technology organization that focuses on improving the quality of software implementation projects by sharing information on testing tools and techniques. This also includes networking with peers that may or may not be full-time Quality Assurance staff.
The agenda for the meeting will be:
- 20 minute presentation on a QA topic
- Presentation of a draft organizational charter
- Discussion of your interest level and preferences concerning this organization.
- Time to network with other IT professionals.
Please bring a lunch. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
